IN NO EVENT IS CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CARIBBEANLIME.COM) & WCT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES ON THE WEB SITE, EVEN IF CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CARIBBEANLIME.COM) & WCT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

INDEMNIFICATION. You shall defend and indemnify CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) and any third party providers and distributors and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this site.

CONTRACT INFORMATION. No contract will exist between you and CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) or its affiliates for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) accepts your reservation by email confirming your reservation and issuing you a unique confirmation code. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed to be effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time that CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) sends the email to you whether or not you receive the email.

CURRENCY CONVERTER. Currency rates are based on various publicity available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may very. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com), its affiliates, and/or their suppliers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.

TERMS OF SERVICE - HOT RATES ONLY. Credit cards for " Hotel Deals" reservations will be charged the full amount for the reservation including all taxes at the time of booking. Reservations may be changed or cancelled anytime within the hotel's cancellations policy period at a charge indicated on our website. Upon arrival and check in to hotel, you are responsible for the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued for any nights reserved but not consumed. Cancellations made after the hotel cancel policy period has lapsed or no shows will be charged usually a one night's room rate plus tax, however this fee may vary by hotel. No contract will exist between customer and CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) or its affiliates until CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) emails voucher to you to be presented at the hotel upon arrival.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This user agreement represents the entire understanding between you, CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) and WCT, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site. The traveler's retention of vouchers, tickets, reservations, invoice or bookings after issuance, shall constitute consent to the above terms and conditions.

GENERAL. CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Web Site at any time, including the availability of any of the Web Site features, database, or Content. CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) &  CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) may also impose limits on features or restrict access to parts of the Web Site. CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) may terminate user access or suspend any User's access to all or part of the Web Site without notice for any conduct that CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com), in its sole discretion, believes violates any applicable law or is harmful to CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com), a travel service supplier or a third party licensor.

ATTORNEY'S FEES. If CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) or its affiliates take any action to enforce this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.

INJUNCTIVE RELIEF. You acknowledge that a violation or attempted violation of any of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions will cause such damage to CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by You, or Your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from You any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.

TERMINATION. CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not effect any right to relief to which CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.

MODIFICATION. CaribbeanLime Travel Services USA (CaribbeanLime.com) may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

ADDITIONAL TERMS. Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions

ASSIGNMENT. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

SEVERABILITY. These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions
