PASSPORTS:
Passport valid for at least three months
after intended return to home country required by all except:
(a) 1. nationals of Canada holding a birth certificate, baptismal
certificate, proof of Canadian
citizenship or certificate of naturalization;
(b) 2. nationals of the USA holding an official birth certificate
with a raised seal accompanied by photo ID, a certificate of naturalization
or an alien registration card (green card);
(b) 3. nationals of Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands,
holding a National Identity Card.
VISAS: Required
by all except the following:
(a) nationals of countries referred to in the chart above for up to three
months;
(b) nationals of Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas,
Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Chile, Costa Rica,
Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia,
Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Hong Kong (SAR), Hungary, Iceland,
Israel, Korea (Rep), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macau (SAR),
Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama,
Paraguay, Poland, San Marino, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and
the Grenadines, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Surinam, Switzerland,
Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Vatican City and Venezuela for stays of up
to three months;
(c) Many nationals can visit for a period of 14 days, as tourists only,
provided they have a return or onward ticket, proof of sufficient funds
for the length of stay and the necessary documents for returning to their
home country. The list is extensive, however, so it is advisable to check
with your nearest relevant Consulate or Embassy prior to making travel
arrangements.
Note: (a) Nationals of any other country not mentioned in the list
above are exempt if they are legal residents of a country whose nationals
do not need a visa or have been living in such a country for more than
five years. In these cases a stay of a maximum of 14 days is granted. (b)
For stays of over 14 days and less than 30 days, the traveler will be
issued with a Temporary Certificate of Admission by the Immigration
authorities on arrival in Aruba.

Application Requirements: (a)
Passport valid for a minimum of three months after intended return to home
country. (b) One fully completed application form. (c) Two passport sized
photos per person endorsed on passport, with daytime phone number and
address written clearly on the back. (d) Fee; payable by postal order (to
Royal Netherlands Embassy) or cash. Cheques are not accepted. (e) Proof of
sufficient funds (three most recent bank statements) and return/onward
tickets as well as any other necessary documents.
Note:
(a)
All visitors wishing to work in Aruba for a number of months must have a
written permit from the Ministry of Justice at the Department for Public
Order and Security (DOOV). Further information and application forms for
Written Permits can be obtained free of charge from the Directie Openbare
Orde en Veiligheid (DOOV), Kaya Dek Cooper 11, Sint Nicolas (tel: (8)
43322; fax: (8) 43534). (b) Potential immigrants in Aruba are required to
take an HIV test.
